Co-Founder/Chief Development Officer
Jake was named one of the 100 most influential people in the cannabis industry by High Times Magazine for his accomplishments over the past 10 years in the cannabis and genetics business. Jake will be leading the genetics R&D and business development for Solari. Jake helped craft the original legislation to legalize marijuana in Colorado. He is the founder of MMJ America, a premier dispensary group with four locations in Las Vegas, Denver, and Boulder. Jake brokered the deal to bring Sotheby’s Real Estate to Colorado and owned and operated Devonshire Real Estate Company. Jake is a member of the Board of Directors for the Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Co-Founder/Chief Operation Officer
Colin oversees the daily operations of the company from the farms to the shelf as well as the finance function of the company. Colin grew up around consumer product goods and convenience retail operations. He was the Director of Operations and Business Development for Smoker Friendly International focusing on private label branding and expanding the Smoker Friendly Authorized Dealer Program beyond the current 750+ retail locations across the country. Prior to Smoker Friendly, Colin spent seven years with a Big 4 Accounting firm’s International Tax Services group focusing on corporate restructuring, M&A, cash repatriation planning, and general consulting in a wide variety of industries.
Co-Founder/Chief Marketing Officer
Myorr served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Rush Communications and Simmons Design Group. He was responsible for Global Marketing, Corporate Communications and Business Development initiatives. With over 25 years of marketing experience, Myorr successfully managed a variety of brands spanning diverse sectors in entertainment, lifestyle, and philanthropy including: Def Jam Recordings, Def Comedy Jam, Phat Farm, Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation, Hip Hop Summit Action Network, Def Jam Interactive, Simmons Lathan Media Group and more. Myorr will lead the Company’s marketing, advertising, and PR strategy.
President/Chief Executive Officer
Kelly has over 20 years of senior executive experience developing world-class sales and marketing teams in start-up and scaled growth stages. Kelly served as President of Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) Lane Ltd.’s U.S. cigar and pipe tobacco division. Kelly is an expert in consumer packaged goods and has a proven track record of building brands and businesses in the retail industry at a national level. While at STG, Kelly created and led the company’s U.S. Regulatory and Governmental Affairs functions, worked with the FDA, and lobbied Congress. Kelly also served as the Executive Vice President of Rexall Sundown, Inc., a leader in the vitamin and nutritional supplement industry.
Director of Farming Operations
Tyler Dyer has spent his entire life farming and operating crews on commercial farms. Tyler began farming hemp in Colorado shortly after the passage of the 2014 Farm Bill. Tyler’s expertise in agriculture, equipment, and farming operations is second to none in the state of Colorado. From 2014-2016, Tyler grew more outdoor hemp than any other farmer in the state. Tyler’s experience growing hemp at a commercial scale provides Solari an edge over the competition, as a result of innovative solutions he developed to address problems that many farmers are not aware they are facing.
