Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Solari ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories. Local state restrictions may apply to shipments within the US.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. <<< Policy needs to be discussed and then set-up and integrated into the Solari e-commerce process.>>>
Local regulations and Taxes
Solari and fulfillment services are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Because regulations and laws vary based on locality, state and federal and may changing. It is the responsibility of the customer to insure that any product purchased is legal in their jurisdiction. Solari, the manufacturer or shipper is not responsible, liable and shall be held harmless for any product seized, possessed, transported or used by the customer in any location that it may violate a law or regulation.
Solari is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
• You may return your order to us within 15 days of receipt, for a refund, credit, or
exchange. Before doing so please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, to let us know the product you are returning and why.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Solari will not be held responsible for DHL errors, or other delays out of our control. Specifically, Solari shall not be liable for any interruption of delivery service due to a cause beyond its control, including but not limited to, the absence of a person or the refusal of such person of accepting the delivery of the shipment, demure due to the consignee, force majeure, action of the public authorities, real or apparent authority over the facilities, action or omissions of the public customs authorities or the like, riots, strikes, or other labor disputes, public disturbances, factors that disrupts the air and ground transportation systems such as weather conditions and natural disasters, and an act of God.
